Staff Login Security
All staff passwords are STRONG passwords and use AES 256 bit encryption. Passwords can be reset every set number of day. Two factor authentication uses mobile texting as a second level of security. Users are automatically blocked after a set number of attempts. Inactive users will be logged off after a settable period of time.
Surveillance
All ports and Internet activity is monitored using AWS Guardduty to protect against unwanted intrusion.
Real-time Redunandacy
All data is replicated to a backup Amazon AWS cloud datacenter. Complete system snapshots are stored in fault tolerant S3 storage.
Audit and Monitoring
All user access and functions are logged. System performance is monitored using Amazon AWS Cloudwatch.
