Custom Templates/Macros

Each specialty has standard sets of templates that automatically load based on visit type and can be customized with single select checkbox fields, multiselect checkbox fields, text entry fields, popup templates with custom sections, tables, word processor fields, date fields, and so much more. Switch between templates on the fly or macro them in at any location in the note.

Pull from Prior Note

Automated pull from prior the complete note, by section or field allows documenting only changes to prior visits so that chief complaint, past medical and other sections are automatically added. Diagnosis and billing codes can also be sent to pull in or can be added use AI, ordersets, plansets, manually selected and/or through custom templates.

A Word like word processor provides the professional style needed for clinical documentation and letters. Change bold, underline, italics and other styles as needed. Type or any tables as needed. Custom headers and footers are set for each type of note form. A spell checker is built-in. Notes can be electronically signed with your signature, locked and saved encrypted in a PDF. Addendums and supervisor signatures can also be added.

Any clinical data can be automatically inserted in the note. Templates set where ICD10, CPTs, current medications, prescriptions, labs order, lab results, allergies, vitals, devices, and immunizations appear in the note.

AI then recommends the diagnosis, billing codes, current medications, allergies, vitals, prescriptions, labs, immunizations, and then maps to the template fields. Each of the tasks can be enabled or disabled. The AI can be controlled and modified from our application, so that no recoding is needed.
